LIMITED 2 YEARS WARRANTY (EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 2013)

BUZZRACK will warranty all car rack systems manufactured by BUZZRACK for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty will apply to the original retail purchaser only. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person. BUZZRACK will remedy defects in material or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option,the defective product without charge for parts or labor, subject to the limitation and exclusions described in this warranty. BUZZRACK may select, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new BUZZRACK product. This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to) weather, scratches, dents, rust, accident, unlawful vehicle operation, misuse, abuse, neglect,theft, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair. No warranty is given for defects resulting from condition beyond BUZZRACK’s control including,but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or from failure to assemble, mount or use the load carrier or accessory(s) in accordance with written BUZZRACK instruction and safety text.If a product is believed to be defective, the original retail purchaser must stop using the product and contact the BUZZRACK Dealer from whom he/she purchased the product. If the dealer is not able to correct the defect, the purchaser should contact the BUZZRACK Distributor or BUZZRACK directly at service@buzzrack.com.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE BUZZRACK PRODUCT IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THE WARRANTY. ALL CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. DAMAGE TO THE USER’S VEHICLE, CARGO OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS EXCLUDED. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN.
